How Can I Prepare To Receive Premium Healing Frequencies?
To prepare for the highest healing to take place, it is recommended to limit caffeine and other stimulants including drugs and alcohol. We recommend to be in a quiet and calm place where it is easy to focus on your healing and fully relax. ​
How Can I Release Blocks Holding Me Back From Healing?
We recommend to keep an open mind as you breathe, relax, and simply enjoy the premium healing frequencies uniquely received through you.
What Will It Feel Like?
Clients report feeling a cool, warm, and tingling sensation in and around different places in their body as they relax and receive high frequency healing.​
Can I Listen While Driving?
No, please do not listen to Premium Healing Frequencies while driving. To get the most out of the experience, it's best to be seated or lying down in a quiet space, ready to receive.
How Often Can I Listen To Premium Healing Frequencies?
There is no limit to how much healing you allow yourself to receive. However, 3-5 times per week is a great goal to start with. You can listen to one or all of the sessions each time. You may also choose to listen when you're feeling pain or as a preventative measure. Both ways are effective.
How Long Will I Have Access To Premium Healing Frequencies?
Once purchased, you will have lifetime access to all sessions and are free to listen as often as you would like.
How Should I Care For My Body After Healings?
We recommend drinking plenty of water, eating clean foods, and getting plenty of rest. Some clients report back explaining they slept 16+ hours afterward! Please pay attention to what your body intuitively needs.
Are There Any Side Effects To Premium Healing Frequencies?
The most common side effects reported include clients explaining they feel incredibly relaxed and their pain symptoms are much less. In some cases, some clients have reported sore muscles. In rare cases, some clients experience pain-free bruising of their hands and feet.
